Medical coverage: For temporary contract employees, MetaTech offers a reasonably
priced medical coverage plan that is available after completion of 160 hours of
employment.
Paid vacation and holidays: Vacation hours begin accruing immediately and
holiday pay is always covered for all MetaTech employees as long as they are actively
employed.
Profit-sharing: For established employees, we offer very attractive profit-sharing
incentives. We know our success is largely based on such employees, and they should
be able to share in the rewards.
Direct deposit: We offer and encourage direct-deposit for paychecks. Everyone
saves time and funds are available sooner to employees.
Education and training: MetaTech will help fund costs for new certifications
and training. We want our employees to be the best in the industry.
Gold Star Program: Employees can work toward additional cash bonuses in the
short term. These are based on measurable successes such as positive feedback from
clients, meeting or beating deadlines, above average attendance, positive feedback
from other employees, or completion of personal training, certifications, and college
courses.
