IT, management and staffing solutions, specializing in the QA and Testing sectors. Dissatisfied with the outdated principles used in the industry, which continue to result in declining customer and employee satisfaction, she decided to change the rules and build a new company centered on building long-term customer satisfaction and true employee involvement in company policies and direction.

A pioneer in optimizing workgroups for efficient operation and self-management, she has incorporated those experiences into her new MetaTeams paradigm.

In addition, QAConsult (MetaTech's QA and Software Testing Division) will open in July 2007 promising clients first-class consulting for Quality Assurance and Software Testing.

MetaTech was launched in 2006 by Ms. McCollum, supported by a small group of industry experts with long experience in the IT and Staffing industries. The company is founded on guiding principles of honesty, integrity, hard-work, communication, employee involvement, and true customer service.
