Minimum Qualifications

• Advanced Degree or equivalent experience
• 7+ years of software development
• 3+ years of team management/leadership - leadership, mentoring, managing, communication,
• Super technical skills - coding is required and part of the job
• Deep technical ability with C++, C#, COM, Web Services, and Data Mining.
• Demonstrated architectures, relational databases, configuration management, application integration, component reuse, prototyping, and use cases.
• Top coding skills.
• Ability to work independently and self manage.
• Demonstrates a high degree of ethical and professional integrity.
• Experience with SQL, relational databases, Microsoft development environment.
• Able to demonstrate direct, ''hands on'' experience from product concept through maintenance and show a thorough understanding of software development processes and methodologies.
