Resumes and work references alone are not enough to assure suitability. Clients
need candidates with proven, relevant skills.
MetaTech impartially screens and rates all candidates under supervised conditions
using formal metrics from our partners at Experel Technologies.
We also verify work history, perform background checks, conduct personal face-to-face
interviews and personality screening using industry-standard software. Interview
and screening results are provided to clients as well as technical rating.
